Villa Ester is a holiday home with a pool located in the village of Loborika, near Pula. Surrounded by nature and greenery, the villa offers an ideal place for relaxation while providing easy access to the coast, beaches, and numerous attractions of Istria.
The villa consists of three units – two located on the ground floor and one on the first floor, connected by an external staircase. Thanks to its spacious layout and pleasant atmosphere, Villa Ester can accommodate up to 10 guests and is a perfect choice for families and groups.
Guests have at their disposal six comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a filter coffee machine, a dining area, and a living room. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape, while the outdoor area of the villa provides everything needed for carefree enjoyment in the open air.
The spacious garden features a private pool with sun loungers and a parasol, perfect for refreshing during warm summer days, as well as shaded areas for relaxation. Guests can also enjoy a charcoal grill, a small bocce court, table tennis, table football, darts, badminton, fitness equipment, and a children’s playground.
Nature lovers will enjoy the surroundings, which are ideal for walking, cycling, and exploring the landscape. Nearby, there is the Loborika equestrian centre, where guests can rent horses and experience Istria in a unique way.
The excellent location allows guests to take trips to Pula and its famous cultural landmarks, beautiful beaches, and charming towns in the Istrian interior. Guests can enjoy local cuisine, traditional restaurants, and excellent Istrian wines, while culture lovers will especially appreciate events such as the famous Pula Film Festival, held in the impressive setting of the Roman amphitheatre.
