Located in the village of Divšići, not far from Pula, Villa Casa Mia Divsici is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. This modernly designed villa can accommodate up to 8 guests, offering an ideal combination of comfort and amenities for a carefree stay.
The villa is set on a fully fenced plot of 1,100 m², ensuring complete privacy for guests. The outdoor area features a heated saltwater pool, 1.5 meters deep, with a hydromassage section next to the steps. By the pool, there is an outdoor kitchen with a charcoal grill, perfect for preparing meals al fresco. Private parking is also provided for guests.
The interior of the villa is designed to provide maximum comfort during your stay. The ground floor includes a living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, as well as an additional toilet. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso machine.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and a TV. The living room also includes a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests.
For extra entertainment, guests can enjoy table tennis, foosball, and a PlayStation, making the villa an excellent choice for families with children and larger groups.
Thanks to its excellent location, the villa is an ideal starting point for exploring Istria. Nearby is the historic town of Pula, famous for its impressive Roman Arena, numerous restaurants, and lively atmosphere. Nature lovers can visit the Brijuni National Park, an archipelago known for its stunning nature and rich history. For those seeking unspoiled nature and beaches, Cape Kamenjak in southern Istria offers coves and perfect spots for swimming and exploring.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub in der Casa Mia in Divšići! Das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Ein absolutes Highlight war der Salzwasserpool mit Hydromassage – einfach fantastisch! Perfekt zum Entspannen, Erholen und Genießen. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und bietet alles, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Ein großes Dankeschön an Mario, den Vermieter. Er ist äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Durch seine herzliche Art haben wir uns von der ersten Minute an willkommen gefühlt. Auch unser Sohn Constantin hatte jede Menge Spaß und genoss besonders die PlayStation vor Ort. So kamen sowohl die Erwachsenen als auch die Kinder voll auf ihre Kosten. Die Casa Mia ist ein echtes Urlaubsparadies. Haus, Pool und Gastfreundschaft waren einfach erstklassig.
