Welcome to Villa 4M, a modern and fully equipped holiday home located in the village of Marčana. Thanks to its excellent location, the villa offers the perfect combination of privacy, relaxation, and proximity to the most famous attractions of Istria.
The villa features three comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with spacious king-size beds, while the third bedroom offers a bunk bed for two guests.
In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find everything you need for a carefree stay, including Nescafé capsules for your morning coffee. The cozy living room is connected to the dining area and provides direct access to the outdoor relaxation space.
A special highlight of Villa 4M is its private swimming pool with a surface area of 24 m² and a depth of 1.4 m, perfect for refreshing yourself during warm summer days. The fully fenced garden, enclosed by a 1.6 m high fence, ensures additional privacy and security. Guests can also enjoy a gas barbecue for preparing delicious outdoor meals.
The villa is located just 900 meters from the center of Marčana, while the nearest beach is only 10 kilometers away. Thanks to excellent transport connections, you can easily visit many famous destinations throughout Istria within a short drive.
The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for excursions and activities. Visit the historic city of Pula and explore its magnificent Arena, one of the best-preserved Roman amphitheaters in the world. Stroll through the picturesque streets of Vodnjan or enjoy the beautiful beaches of Duga Uvala, Krnica, and Rakalj. Nature lovers can visit Brijuni National Park, explore numerous cycling and hiking trails, or simply enjoy the unspoiled natural surroundings. In the local taverns and restaurants, you can taste premium Istrian wines, olive oils, and traditional regional specialties.
