Villa Sola is a modern house located in the village of Banki, 18 km from Poreč, with a capacity of up to 10 guests.
The villa has 5 bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning and a TV. Four of the five bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room connected to the kitchen. A Nespresso coffee machine is also available in the kitchen.
The fully fenced property covers 1,025 m² and features a private swimming pool with a surface area of 50 m², a sauna, a jacuzzi, sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor shower and a gas barbecue.
In the surrounding area, guests can enjoy various activities, including cycling and hiking along scenic trails, visiting local wineries and olive groves, taking trips to beaches and fishing villages, and exploring the cultural and historical attractions of Poreč and the surrounding area.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Sola und waren rundum begeistert! Die Villa ist sehr modern, stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Alles war sauber, gepflegt und genauso schön wie auf den Bildern. Besonders gefallen haben uns der tolle Außenbereich, der Pool und die ruhige Lage – perfekt, um einfach abzuschalten und die Zeit zu genießen. Auch die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Kommunikation mit Istria Lux war unkompliziert, freundlich und zuverlässig. Wir haben uns von Anfang bis Ende sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Villa jederzeit wieder buchen.
The villa is perfect, extra equipped. The owners are very nice and helpful. We even received a gift from them. The pool is very clean, it is cleaned weekly. The entire villa is very clean. The indoor and outdoor kitchen are equipped with everything. The gas grill works well, the espresso coffee maker is great. In summary, one of the most excellent accommodations we have ever stayed in.
We had an absolutely wonderful holiday, and this is without a doubt one of the best holiday homes we have ever stayed in. The villa is brand new and beautifully designed, combining modern luxury with exceptional comfort. Everything is of the highest quality, tastefully furnished, and impeccably clean. It is clear that every detail has been carefully considered. The large swimming pool was a huge highlight for our entire family and was enjoyed every single day. The beautiful outdoor areas and premium facilities made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment of our stay. What truly made this holiday unforgettable, however, was the outstanding hospitality of the owners, Ariana and Ivan. We have travelled extensively, but we have never experienced such genuine warmth and dedication. They are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure their guests have the best possible experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for, and their kindness and attention to detail made all the difference. We would also like to thank Istralux for providing a seamless and highly professional experience from the initial booking through to check-out. Everything was perfectly organized, making the entire process effortless and stress-free. We wholeheartedly recommend both this beautiful villa and Istralux to anyone looking for an exceptional holiday. We sincerely hope to return one day. Without question, this place deserves five stars!
