Villa Pepo is a fully renovated old stone house located in the village of Sveta Katarina, ideal for a holiday for up to 6 people.
Combining traditional Istrian architecture with contemporary interior design, it provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere for families and groups of friends seeking peace, comfort, and privacy.
The villa features three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy for every guest. A fully equipped kitchen and inviting indoor living spaces provide everything needed for a carefree stay.
Outside, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool with sun loungers, a terrace, a balcony, and an outdoor kitchen – ideal for relaxing and making the most of warm summer days.
Please note that pets are not allowed at Villa Pepo. Thanks to its location in the heart of Istria, the villa is an excellent base for exploring charming historic towns, beautiful natural landscapes, and the Adriatic coast.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt – Hier passt einfach alles! Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in der Villa Pepo verbracht und uns von der ersten Minute an absolut wohlgefühlt. Der Empfang war unglaublich herzlich: Bei unserer Ankunft lief bereits angenehme Musik, die Räume waren angenehm heruntergekühlt und im Kühlschrank warteten sogar schon frische Milch, Obst und Erfrischungsgetränke auf uns. Das Haus ist in einem neuwertigen Zustand und top ausgestattet – es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Zwei kleine Details, die auf den Bildern gar nicht so klar zu sehen waren, aber den Urlaub noch besser gemacht haben: Es gibt zwei Sonnenschirme und die tolle Außenküche mit dem Sitzbereich bietet den ganzen Tag über angenehmen Schatten. Auch die Auswahl bei den Kaffeemaschinen (Filter und Kapsel) ist perfekt gelöst. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und seiner Familie war absolut reibungslos und super freundlich. Wir sind rundum vollkommen zufrieden, haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen garantiert gerne wieder! 5/5 Sterne – Absolute Empfehlung!
We had wonderful time in Villa Pepo, felt like home! Everything is decorated with style and soul. Hosts, Goran and Gorana are super friendly and there if you need anything, even had some of their products from garden given to us as surprise. Pool is wonderful and clean, beds are super comfy and kitchen is very good equipped. Cause the place is on the hill, it was never hot outside like it is by the coast! We will definitely come back cause we want to experience this all again! All recommendations to book this place!
