Villa Mochi is a modern villa located in Pićan, Istria, and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
The villa features four bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Guests have access to a living room with direct access to the balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area. The kitchen is also equipped with a filter coffee machine.
The fully fenced garden includes a swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, as well as a children's playground. The outdoor area also features an outdoor kitchen with a dining area and a charcoal BBQ.
The location in Pićan provides access to different parts of Istria and makes it possible to explore Istrian towns, the coast, and the local area.

Villa Mochi in Pican ist ein fantastisches Ferienhaus. Wir verbrachten dort eine wundervolle Zeit, genossen die ruhige und friedliche Umgebung, die exzellenten Annehmlichkeiten und den herzlichen Service. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und empfingen uns mit regionalen Produkten. Der Pool war super und die Zimmer sind makellos sauber, komfortabel und stilvoll eingerichtet. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Ein Bäcker ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir können Villa Mochi uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
Amazing new house, beautiful swimming pool, nice decoration, full equipment. 4 comfortable bedrooms with their own bathroom, TV and air condition : just like hotel bedrooms! Kenti welcomed us very well with fresh drink, fruits and homemade wine and she was available during our stay if needed. Pican is a nice little village located in central istria, perfect if you want to explore the different parts of the region. We definitely recommend Mochi house!
Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus. Ruhig gelegen umgeben von viel Grün und trotzdem zentral. Das Ferienhaus ist mit viel Geschmack und Stil eingerichtet. Sehr gepflegter Pool und Außenbereich. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Und der große Kühlschrank ist fantastisch. Die Gastgeber sind absolut hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in eurem schönen Haus.Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.
