Villa Dvi Marie is located in the small Istrian village of Krbune, in the municipality of Potpićan. The property consists of two separate villas set on a spacious 5-hectare plot and can accommodate up to 15 guests, making it suitable for larger families and groups.
The first villa features two bedrooms, both with private bathrooms. The second villa has three bedrooms, two with private bathrooms, while a separate bathroom is available for the third bedroom. Additional sleeping arrangements are provided in the living rooms.
Both villas are modernly furnished and each features a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a filter coffee machine. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Guests have access to table tennis, darts and a charcoal barbecue, while the outdoor area features a 32 m² private swimming pool. Parking spaces are also available on the property.
The nearest restaurant, café and shop are approximately 6 km away, while the nearest beach is located in Plomin Luka, 17 km from the villa. The location provides easy access to Labin and Rabac on Istria's eastern coast, as well as Pazin in the central part of the peninsula. Pula, with its Roman amphitheatre and other historical sights, can also be visited on a day trip.
