Modern Villa Stela Aurea is located in the village of Peroj in Istria, just 1 km from the coast. What makes this villa special is the opportunity to enjoy a private seaside plot located 3 km away (a 5-minute drive by car). It is a spacious parcel owned by the owner’s family, accessible only to family members and their guests, where you can park in the shade and spend the day at the beach. In addition, guests can enjoy barbecuing, sports activities, and swimming, far from the crowds.
Villa Stela Aurea offers accommodation for up to 6 people in three comfortable bedrooms, one of which has two single beds that can be joined into a double bed. With its modern interior, it is ideal for a complete and relaxing holiday in Istria.

Wir haben uns bei unserem einwöchigen Aufenthalt in der Villa Stella Aurea sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Einrichtung war hochwertig, funktional und recht komplett. Der Stil der Einrichtung ist modern, ohne kühl zu wirken. Die Matratzen der Betten sind gut, allerdings relativ hart. Alles ist noch sehr neu und funktioniert perfekt. Die Austattung der Küche ist gut, wir hätten uns allerdings noch einen Toaster gewünscht, da nicht jeder Gast mit dem im Ort erhältlichen Weißbrot auf Dauer zufrieden ist. Die Lage und die Zufahrt sind sehr gut. Pula und Vodnjan sind in 10 bis 20 Minuten erreichbar. Nach Rovinj dauert es etwa eine halbe Stunde. Über die 10 Minuten entfernte Autobahn sind auch andere Teile Istriens schnell erreichbar. Im Umkreis von 10 Minuten Autofahrt gibt es eine gute Auswahl an Restaurants. Dem Vermieter gehört auch noch ein wunderschönes, sehr großes Grundstück direkt am Meer und mitten in der Natur, das wir benutzen durften. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden wiederkommen.
Wir waren total begeistert von dem wunderschönen Haus mit dem schönen Pool ! Sanja und Davor sind so nett und hilfsbereit…..Es fehlt einem an nichts! Wir haben schon für 2026 gebucht!
Hervorragend! Exzellent! eigentlich reichen 5 Sterne nicht. Hätte min. 10 Sterne verdient. Sehr sehr schönes Haus. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause! Die Gastgeber sind fantastisch. sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Man hat das Gefühl man würde sie schon lange kennen. Wir kommen gerne wieder in diese tolle Haus. Viele Grüße Fam. Putz
