The villa features a spacious courtyard with an area for spending time and socialising outdoors. It consists of two comfortable bedrooms and one bathroom, with the interior designed with a focus on comfort and functionality. An outdoor barbecue is available for preparing meals, while the beach is just a few steps from the house.
Villa Natali offers a pleasant setting for a holiday by the sea, as well as an opportunity to explore the many attractions and destinations of Istria. Its proximity to the beach, spacious outdoor area and convenient location make it suitable for family holidays, time with friends and discovering the surrounding area.

Our first booking with IstriaLux completely won us over – and it certainly won’t be our last! From the very first contact, we felt we were in excellent hands. The entire team impressed us with their friendliness, warmth, and outstanding helpfulness. Our questions were always answered promptly, and the whole process was professional, efficient, and completely hassle-free. The on-site support at Villa Natali in Peroj provided by the host was also absolutely exceptional. When we arrived, we were welcomed with a generous platter of cold cuts and cheese that lasted for several days, as well as bread rolls, water, a bottle of wine, a bottle of olive oil, four cans of beer, and a selection of sweets. We also received some excellent recommendations for restaurants and events via WhatsApp. For us, there is no doubt: we wholeheartedly recommend IstriaLux and are already looking forward to our next stay. Das Haus und der Garten mit dem Pool sind einfach traumhaft! Die Gastgeber sind sehr aufmerksam und immer erreichbar sollten Fragen aufkommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden daher jederzeit wieder dort buchen.
