The modern Villa Zamari is located in the heart of Istria, featuring a private pool, sauna, and numerous recreational opportunities.
The villa can accommodate up to 12 guests in 5 elegant bedrooms, each designed with great attention to detail. The ground floor has a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, while the bedrooms are on the first floor, each with its own private bathroom. Two of the rooms have access to a balcony with ample space to relax and enjoy the view of the green, hilly landscape. The ground floor also includes a leisure room with a billiard table and darts – perfect for fun gatherings.
Villa Zamari is just a few minutes from Pazin, a small historic town with a rich array of cultural and natural attractions. The medieval Kaštel fortress, home to the Ethnographic Museum of Istria and the Pazin City Museum, is well-preserved and worth visiting. The area also features six churches protected as part of Croatia’s cultural heritage, including the Church of St. Mary in Berm, famous for the 1474 fresco Dance of the Dead. Nature lovers can explore the Pazin Stream, with its lakes, waterfalls, and caves, adding to the region’s unique charm.
For those wishing to explore Istria, Poreč, Rovinj, and Pula are about a 30-minute drive away, as are most of Istria’s beaches.
