Villa Modrić is located in a small village near Pazin, in the heart of Istria, and accommodates up to 4 guests. It features two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with two single beds that can be joined if needed. Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes a filter coffee maker and an espresso machine.
The villa features a saltwater pool and a fully fenced garden with a 1.80 m high fence. Sun loungers and a parasol are provided by the pool. The outdoor area also includes a dining area and an electric barbecue.
The surroundings offer many opportunities to explore central Istria, including Pazin with its famous cave and medieval castle, as well as hiking and cycling trails. Local taverns and wineries are also nearby.

Das Haus war/ist echt TOP. ALLE Sterne und die Vermieter sind die BESTEN die wir je hatten. Alles einwandfrei... total sauber... einfach alles suuuuuper
Ein absoluter Traum – absolut empfehlenswert! Wir waren restlos begeistert von dieser wundervollen und schönen Villa! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir von Senka und ihrem Mann unglaublich freundlich begrüßt – sogar Getränke und Kekse standen schon für uns bereit! Die Vermieter sind extrem hilfsbereit und tun alles, damit man sich wohlfühlt. Die Einrichtung ist einfach perfekt und die Villa ist top ausgestattet, es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ein absolutes Highlight ist der sehr schöne und saubere Pool, von dem aus man traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge beobachten kann. Zudem ist das Haus schön zentral gelegen und es war überall sehr, sehr sauber. Auch die Nachbarn waren super nett. Unser gesamter Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt – diese Villa hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und ist ein echter Traum. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
We had an amazing stay at Villa Modric. First of all, Mr. and Mrs. Modric were incredibly kind, welcoming, and hospitable. They did everything they could to make sure we had a wonderful time. In addition, the surroundings, the villa, and the swimming pool were all fantastic. It was a truly memorable holiday for both us and our children.
