Villa Modrić is located in a small village near Pazin, in the heart of Istria. It can accommodate up to 6 guests (ideally 4), offering a comfortable and relaxing stay in a natural setting.
The interior of the villa consists of two bedrooms. One features a king-size bed, while the other has two single beds that can be joined or separated as needed. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom, ensuring additional comfort and privacy. The living room includes a sofa bed that can accommodate two more guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes both a filter coffee machine and an espresso machine.
The villa features a saltwater pool and a fully fenced, landscaped garden (fence height 1.80 m). Sun loungers and a sun umbrella are available by the pool, perfect for daytime relaxation, while the outdoor dining area is ideal for social gatherings with an electric grill.
The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities to explore central Istria – from visiting Pazin with its famous cave and medieval castle, to cycling and hiking trails through the Istrian landscape. Nearby, you will also find local taverns and wineries where you can enjoy authentic Istrian food and wines. All of this makes the location an excellent base for an active holiday and exploring Istria.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Modric. First of all, Mr. and Mrs. Modric were incredibly kind, welcoming, and hospitable. They did everything they could to make sure we had a wonderful time. In addition, the surroundings, the villa, and the swimming pool were all fantastic. It was a truly memorable holiday for both us and our children.
Super schön eingerichtete Villa! Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Auch der Pool und die Schlafzimmer sind super schön. Die Eigentümer Antworten schnell und sind sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Senka und ihr Mann haben uns sehr freundlich in der Villa begrüßt. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet; auch für unser 1jähriges Kind war alles vor Ort. Das Haus ist schön zentral gelegen um Istrien zu erkunden. Es war sehr sauber, Nachbarn waren auch sehr nett und die Gastgeberin stand uns mit Tipps und Empfehlungen immer schnell zur Verfügung.
