Vila Dobrila is a rustic holiday home located on the Stancija Pataj estate in Istria. The property is designed in a traditional Istrian style, with natural materials such as stone and wood that blend harmoniously with the surrounding rural landscape.
The villa features one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living area with a sofa bed measuring 140 × 200 cm. The interior is furnished with rustic wooden furniture, while high ceilings with exposed wooden beams create a sense of spaciousness. The windows provide natural light and views of the surrounding landscape.
The outdoor area includes an additional kitchen and a swimming pool, as well as a sunbathing area equipped with sun loungers and parasols for shade.

A very nice and quiet place . The house is beautiful, moderner but also very country like and cosy. The owners very nice and helpful.
Amazin place with a nice pool and fresh fruit directly from the trees. We enjoyed the villages near the house. Ivan, the host, was very kind.
Die Vermieter sind super freundlich. Kühle Getränke im Kühlschrank, ein Begrüßungspräsent auf dem Küchentisch und immer wieder Produkte aus ihrem Garten…einfach toll! Auch die Kommunikation (über WhatsApp) war stets super schnell, einfach perfekt. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Privatstraße, daher ist Privatsphäre garantiert. Eine perfekte Größe von der Aufteilung der Wohnung, dazu zwei Bäder um sich auch mal getrennt voneinander zurück zu ziehen. Dazu eine großen Veranda…mehr braucht es nicht. Unser Highlight war der knapp 10m lange Pool. Endlich mal vernünftig „Bahnen schwimmen“. Für den fahrbaren Untersatz ist auch gut gesorgt durch ein sehr stabiles Doppel-Carport. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden und können die Villa Dobrila und ihre Besitzer uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Danke, dass wir Eure Gäste sein durften.
