Villa Brdo is located in the heart of central Istria, in the village of Katun Trviški, and is set in a natural environment. Surrounded by greenery, the villa is situated on a spacious, fenced property. The outdoor area includes a private swimming pool.
The villa features four bedrooms and two bathrooms and accommodates up to 8 guests. The spacious living room includes seating furniture and large windows overlooking the surroundings. The fully equipped kitchen allows guests to prepare meals, while an outdoor terrace is also available.
Guests have access to table tennis, a trampoline, a swing and badminton.
The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for hiking, cycling and exploring Istrian landscapes and wine roads. Nearby are Pazin, known for its castle and Pazin Cave, Motovun, surrounded by medieval walls and known for its film festival, and Grožnjan, known for its many galleries.
The area also offers local restaurants serving Istrian specialities and wines, as well as opportunities to discover Istrian traditions and gastronomy.

A wonderful house with a great view in a really nice region. Only 30-40 minutes by car to Rovinj, Porec and Opatija. A very kind host. Everything was great! We will come back :)
Top Haus mit Allem was man braucht! Auch der Eigentümer war sehr hilfsbereit und überaus freundlich. Ein echtes Luxus Haus für einen entspannten Urlaub! Gerne wieder :-)
