Villa DiVino is an old Istrian stone house, fully renovated in 2022/2023, located in the small village of Pačići in Istria. The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests and consists of a ground floor with a kitchen, a new separate wine cellar with over 200 bottles of wine, a living room with dining area, and a WC. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, and two terraces, while the second floor features two more bedrooms and one bathroom. All bedrooms and the living area are equipped with mosquito screens.
In the spacious garden, there is a private pool of 43 m² and a large summer kitchen of 48 m² with an open grill, sink, fridge, and gas stove. The outdoor kitchen also includes a wine fridge for 48 bottles, a large dining table, and a comfortable seating area. The surroundings are enhanced by 20 Istrian olive trees. Guests also have access to an additional pool for the dog, and next to the garden, there is an original bocce court.
The villa’s location is ideal for a relaxing holiday and also serves as an excellent starting point to explore Istria, its coastline, and nearby towns. In the vicinity, guests can enjoy a variety of activities. Nature lovers can explore picturesque walking and cycling trails through unspoiled Istrian landscapes. Nearby Istrian towns such as Rovinj, Poreč, Svetvinčenat, and Labin are easily accessible. For families with children, there are adventure parks and various entertainment options in nearby tourist destinations.

Ein sehr tolles Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind richtig nett und freundlich. Wir werden wieder kommen.
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in diesem schönen, sehr gepflegten und liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Eigentümer war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns über die Umgebung gut informiert. Wir können diesen Ort der Ruhe und Entspannung sehr empfehlen!
Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Aussenbereich. Alles was sehr sauber und insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Küche lagen selbst Spülmittel und Gewürze bereit. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Outdoorbereich mit Kühlschrank und Grill…absoluter Wohlfühlbereich! Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, es gibt keinen Bäcker oder Laden in der Nähe. Ansonsten ein guter Standpunkt für sämtliche Ausflüge. Vermieter super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hunde sind willkommen
