The modern Villa Balun is located in the Istrian village of Orihi. This villa is ideal for anyone seeking complete relaxation and enjoyment of the charms of Istria. The name “Balun” is inspired by the most widespread and frequently performed traditional dance on the Istrian peninsula.
The villa features three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The modern kitchen and spacious living room lead to an outdoor terrace and swimming pool, where guests can enjoy sunbathing on loungers, refresh themselves under the outdoor shower, and pets even have their own dedicated pool approximately 75 cm wide. The outdoor area also includes a barbecue and a children’s playground, perfect for family moments.
The villa’s location is very convenient - a shop is only 550 m away and a restaurant 450 m. The village offers a 1 km circular walking trail, and nature lovers can visit a farm of Istrian Boškarin cattle. Nearby attractions include the Glavani Adrenaline Park (7.5 km), Feštinsko kraljevstvo Cave (8 km), and Morosini-Grimani Castle (6.9 km). Almost all beaches and towns in Istria are just a 20–30 minute drive away, allowing you to easily explore the entire region and enjoy a dream vacation.
During the colder months, guests can relax by the indoor wood-burning fireplace, while underfloor heating in all bathrooms ensures maximum comfort.

Perfect villa in a Lovely place. I highly recommand Villa Balun!
Wir haben eine wunderschöne und erholsame Zeit in dem wunderschönen Haus verlebt. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Sehr gefreut haben wir uns über die kalten Getränke und das leckere Obst. Es waren Kaffeekapseln,Toilettenpapier,Hygieneartikel und Shampoo und Bodylotion vorhanden. Positiv zu bemerken ist auch der Insektenschutz an den Fenstern und die Temperatur des Pools. Wir haben das 2.Mal über Istrialux gebucht und sind über die Freundlichkeit und den Service sehr erfreut.
Sehr schöne und blitzsaubere Unterkunft. Bei Ankunft be- fanden sich Getränke im Kühlschrank, Obst, Hundeleckerli und Hundedecke mit Körbchen waren auch vorhanden, vielen Dank nochmals. Küche ist super ausgestattet, genug Geschirr und erstmals sogar Eierbecher!. Vermieter Luka sehr nett und erreichbar, besonders hervorheben möchte ich seine Kontaktaufnahmen auch zur Abreise. Sehr ruhige Gegend zum abschalten. Gute Pizza und einkaufen in Svetvincenat. Die Villa Balun kann ich wirklich weiterempfehlen. Pool war im Oktober angenehm mit 22 Grad beheizt. Das einzigste was ich verbessern würde, sind die schmalen Trittstufen im Gartenbereich, die. Kiesstrasse zum Haus war auch etwas vom Wasser ausgewaschen. Die Firma Istialux kann ich auch wieder nur loben für den Buchungsablauf.
