Villa Frola is a modern villa located just 10 km from the sea, featuring contemporary architecture with a minimalist style, clean lines and large glass surfaces. The interior offers plenty of natural light and is modern and functionally designed.
The villa features three bedrooms and two bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests. The outdoor area includes a private swimming pool with a spacious terrace and a well-maintained garden. The terrace provides plenty of space for spending time and enjoying meals outdoors.
The villa's location provides easy access to beaches and various destinations in southern Istria. Nearby Medulin is known for its sandy Bijeca Beach and numerous restaurants. Pula offers many historical and cultural sights, while Fažana is the starting point for visiting Brijuni National Park. Ližnjan is also within easy reach and is known for its beaches and coves. The surrounding area offers opportunities for cycling, walking, swimming and other outdoor activities.

A truly beautiful, well-kept, and spotlessly clean house. Exactly as shown in the photos in the listing. The furnishings feel high-quality and are in excellent condition. The surroundings are also very nice, and everything you need for daily life is within easy walking distance. The hosts were also very friendly
Wunderschöne Villa in ruhiger Lage. Perfekt zum Entspannen und genießen. Tolle, aufmerksame Gastgeber, die sich kümmern und unterstützen wenn man etwas braucht oder Fragen hat. Sehr empfehlenswert!
Sehr schöne gepflegte gut ausgestattete Villa mit ausreichend Platz für 8 Personen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und haben sehr schnell reagiert, wenn wir Hilfe brauchten. Hinter dem Haus ist ein großes Grundstück, das die Kinder als Fußballplatz genutzt haben. Wir hatten sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa verbracht. Eindeutige Weiterempfehlung.
