Villa The Boat is a modern villa with a rooftop pool, located near Opatija, in the small town of Matulji. From the terraces, guests can enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the Kvarner Bay, while the rooftop pool gives the feeling of floating above the sea.
The villa spreads over three floors and consists of two connected units. On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, TV, and air conditioning. The first floor features a modern living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, along with an additional bathroom. There is also an extra room available on request for two children.
Wooden stairs lead to a master bedroom on the second floor, also equipped with a private bathroom, TV, and air conditioning. Each floor has its own terrace, ideal for sunbathing and enjoying the magnificent view.
The property is just a few kilometres from Opatija, a charming town considered the cradle of tourism in Croatia. In its centre, you’ll find many luxurious villas and 19th-century hotels. We highly recommend a walk along the famous Lungomare promenade, which stretches from Volosko to Lovran.

Empfehlenswert. Vermieter sehr freundlich. Die Umgebung für Ruhe suchende sehr gut. Komme sicher wieder.
Der Check-In Vorgang war sehr gut und wir haben viele Tipps bekommen für Ausflüge Restaurant's etc. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Das Haus war in einem Top-Zustand. Sehr sauber und genau wie in der Beschreibung beschrieben. Die Aussicht ist Fantastisch und Traumhaft. Wir haben unsere zwei Wochen Sommerferien sehr genossen. Wir können dieses Domizil nur sehr empfehlen.
