Villa Tone and Maria is a spacious and modern holiday home located in the small village of Matohanci, near Kanfanar and Rovinj. The villa is ideal for larger families or groups, with a maximum capacity of up to 10 guests.
The villa covers 174 m², while the outdoor area spans 1925 m² of fully fenced property with a 50 cm high fence.
The villa consists of five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, air conditioning, television, and mosquito protection, ensuring maximum comfort for every guest. All beds measure 180x200 cm.
In the fully equipped kitchen, guests have access to both a filter coffee machine and a moka pot, while the outdoor area offers a charcoal grill for pleasant gatherings and outdoor dining.
The yard features a table tennis table and a children’s playground, making the villa ideal for families with children as well as for those seeking an active and relaxing holiday.
In the surrounding area, there are many opportunities for excursions and activities such as visiting Rovinj and its beaches, trips to the Lim Bay, cycling through Istrian trails, and enjoying wine roads and local taverns. Adventure parks and various outdoor activities are also nearby.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders schön ist der große Garten mit Pool, ein wunderbarer Ort zum entspannen und geniessen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad und eine Klimaanlage. Im Aussenbereich hat es zwei überdachte Sitzplätze mit Waschbecken. Auf der Poolseite verfügt der Sitzplatz zusätzlich über einen Kühlschrank und ein Aussen WC. Mit dem Auto sind Strände, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und bemüht.
Das Grundstück ist sehr schön und groß - der Außenbereich ist top gepflegt. Besonders anzumerken ist der schöne Poolbereich, als auch die Außenbereiche zum sitzen inkl. Außentoilette. Das Haus ist super modern und stillvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über zwei moderne Küchen und eine Außenküche. Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein eigenes Bad, Klimaanlage und TV. Wir können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
