Welcome to Villa Sain, a modern and elegant home located in the Istrian village of Marčana. This contemporary villa impresses with its refined interior design and carefully crafted details, offering the perfect blend of comfort, style, and a relaxing atmosphere for your ideal holiday.
Villa Sain features four spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms, along with an additional separate WC, and can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. Each bedroom is thoughtfully decorated in soft tones with modern furnishings, creating a peaceful retreat after a day spent in the sun.
Upon entering the villa, you are greeted by a bright and airy living area that connects a comfortable lounge, an elegant dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Large windows allow plenty of natural light to fill the space, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
One of the villa’s highlights is the large outdoor area with a private 36 m² pool. Here you can cool off, sunbathe on comfortable loungers, or enjoy al fresco dining by the pool. The outdoor dining area and the landscaped surroundings provide the perfect setting for relaxation and socializing.
In the immediate vicinity, guests can enjoy a variety of activities. Nature lovers will appreciate the cycling and hiking trails that wind through the unspoiled Istrian landscape. Several horse-riding centers are also located nearby for those who wish to experience Istria from a different perspective. The sea is only a short drive away, where beautiful beaches await you.

Alles Perfekt
We had a wonderful stay at Villa Sain. The villa is beautifully furnished, very peaceful, and offers plenty of privacy. Dijana was an amazing host – always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond if we needed anything. The location is perfect for a relaxing holiday, and there are great walking paths nearby, especially for guests with dogs. Rovinj, medulin, pula, .. are not far away. We would definitely stay here again!
Eine wirklich schöne Villa. Alle Zimer im OG mit eigenem Bad, schöne Terasse oben mit Morgensonne, grosser Pool und alles in Ordnung und gepflegt. Wir 4 haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Da es Mitte Oktober schon etwas kälter war vermissten wir lediglich ein paar Garderobenhaken für unsere Jacken, aber das Haus ist groß genug um auch dafür einen Platz zu finden. Die Gastgeberin ist äusserst sympatisch, hat uns herzlich und entspannt willkommen geheissen und gab uns jede Menge wertvolle Tipps für einen gelungenen Urlaub. Leckeres Olivenöl macht ihre Familie auch. Das Haus kann man uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
