This authentic Istrian stone house from 1927 has been fully renovated and preserves the true spirit of Istria through its carefully maintained stone walls and charming old well, while offering everything needed for complete comfort and relaxation.
Within the 950 m² enclosed private garden, guests can enjoy a heated pool that allows swimming throughout most of the season. The villa features four bedrooms and four bathrooms, making it an ideal choice for families or groups of friends. Complete privacy and security are ensured thanks to the alarm system and fenced property.
The surrounding area invites guests to explore beautiful Istrian towns and villages such as Rakalj, a small coastal town known for traditional Istrian pottery. Nearby are also Labin, with its historic old town, and Pula, famous for its impressive Roman Arena. For beach lovers, the stunning beaches in Peruški and Duga Uvala provide perfect spots for swimming and sunbathing in crystal-clear sea.
