Villa Toni is located in the inland of Istria, not far from Lupoglav. The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests and features 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with each bedroom having its own private en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. Additionally, two guests can be accommodated on a sofa bed in the living room.
The interior of the villa is designed in a warm and cozy style, creating a relaxed atmosphere, while the villa offers a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. A special feature of the villa is the heated saltwater pool, while the fully fenced yard with a 1.2 m high fence ensures privacy and security.
The villa also offers a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso machine, as well as a charcoal barbecue, ideal for preparing shared meals outdoors. For additional entertainment, guests have access to darts, badminton, and a trampoline, making the stay even more enjoyable for the whole family, especially children.
In the surrounding area, guests can enjoy numerous activities and attractions. Nature lovers can explore hiking and cycling trails through the untouched nature and the Učka hills, while Učka Nature Park is ideal for hiking and panoramic views of the Kvarner Bay. Nearby are also picturesque towns such as Motovun, Grožnjan, and Buzet, known for their history, art, and gastronomy.
In addition, guests can enjoy wine, olive oil, and truffle tastings, for which Istria is widely known, as well as exploring local taverns and restaurants. For those looking for the sea, the Istrian coast and beaches are easily accessible for day trips.
