About your stay
Groups of young people under the age of 30 are accepted exclusively upon request. The security deposit for young groups is €150 per person, payable on site.
Villa Rosa features three bedrooms and a modern interior. The villa is equipped with the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay and has a spacious, enclosed garden.
The outdoor area includes a private swimming pool, which can be heated by prior arrangement with the owner. Next to the pool there is a fully equipped summer kitchen with an additional TV, as well as a terrace. A small children’s playground is also available in the garden.
Pula is a short drive away and offers historical attractions including the famous Arena, Roman temples and the old town. Nearby beaches can be found in Fažana, Medulin and Premantura, while Brijuni National Park is also suitable for a day trip.
The surrounding area is suitable for cycling and walking, as well as exploring inland Istria. Local restaurants, wineries and olive oil producers offer Istrian dishes, wines and olive oils.
