The luxurious Villa Artis with a private pool is located in Loborika, just 6 km from Pula, the largest city in Istria. The villa accommodates up to 6 guests and features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and three bedrooms, two of which have private bathrooms.
Guests can enjoy an outdoor pool, a spacious terrace and a fully fenced yard with an outdoor dining area and a gas barbecue. A trampoline is available for children.
Loborika is known for its homemade cheese, and there is also a riding club nearby. Cycling and walking trails offer opportunities for outdoor activities, while the nearest beaches are approximately 10 km away. Local restaurants serve traditional Istrian dishes. In Pula, guests can visit the famous Roman amphitheatre, museums and other cultural attractions.

At first we were a bit skeptical about the website since we had never heard of it before. All the houses looked great, and the reviews were all too good to be true. Ultimately, we decided to book through the site anyway and were not disappointed. The entire process went smoothly and without any complications. Contact with the very friendly host, Gorana, was also wonderful. She has an eye for detail, which was reflected in the villa's interior design. We felt completely at home in the villa and nothing was missing. The villa was also so well-equipped in advance that you really didn't need to bring anything. The region itself has a lot to offer and plenty to see. We would come back anytime and can wholeheartedly recommend the agency, the villa, and the host

We chose villa Artis as place of our vacation in a group of 6 people for one week. And after that week we are would choose istria lux 100% again. The villa was great. We really enjoyed the time and the people in charge were very friendly. Only critics i have to give is that the pool was kinda weird as the eyes would burn instantly and it had a slightly toxic taste so little dives weren’t possible. Nevertheless it was fun swimming and hanging out in it We personally would recomment it to exchange the little trampoline with another fun option, such as a table tennis table
