Great house, perfect equipped. Holiday feeling all time. Very friendly and supportive landlady.
We chose villa Artis as place of our vacation in a group of 6 people for one week. And after that week we are would choose istria lux 100% again. The villa was great. We really enjoyed the time and the people in charge were very friendly. Only critics i have to give is that the pool was kinda weird as the eyes would burn instantly and it had a slightly toxic taste so little dives weren’t possible. Nevertheless it was fun swimming and hanging out in it We personally would recomment it to exchange the little trampoline with another fun option, such as a table tennis table
Our stay at the villa in Loborika was simply wonderful. We spent the first two weeks of July there, and we already know that we would love to come back. The villa Artis looks exactly like in the photos – beautifully designed, stylish, and furnished with great attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you could need for a comfortable holiday, making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Outside, there is a lovely swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days, as well as a gas barbecue, ideal for relaxing evenings with family or friends. The location is excellent. It is just a short drive to Pula and Fažana, where you can enjoy fantastic restaurants and experience the authentic atmosphere of Istria. The surrounding area also offers many beautiful beaches, from romantic hidden coves to family-friendly beaches with crystal-clear water. The villa is also a perfect base for exploring the Istrian peninsula. We highly recommend visiting the charming towns of Rovinj, Poreč, and Labin. Another unforgettable experience is taking a day trip by ferry to Venice – it is well worth it and a fantastic addition to your holiday. A special thank you goes to our host, Gorana, who was always available, responded quickly to all our questions, and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She also shared great local recommendations and useful tips about the area, which made our holiday even more enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend this villa. It truly deserves a 5 out of 5 rating. We had an amazing holiday, were extremely satisfied with every aspect of our stay, and we sincerely hope to return again in the future.
