Villa Augustina is located in Lazarići, on the eastern side of the Istrian peninsula. It consists of two separate apartments, each with its own entrance, and is ideal for 12 guests, with a maximum capacity of 14 guests.
Each apartment is fully equipped and has its own living room, kitchen and dining area. The first apartment has a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a filter coffee machine. It has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has three single beds, while the second has two single beds.
The second apartment is slightly larger and also has a living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with a filter coffee machine. It has four bedrooms. The first and second bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while the third bedroom has a double bed. The fourth is an additional room with a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed for one person.
Each apartment has two bathrooms and its own washing machine.
The villa is suitable for families with children. Additional entertainment facilities include a children's playground, table tennis, table football, darts, a small football pitch and a volleyball net.
The yard is completely enclosed by a 1.40 meter high fence. It features a swimming pool with a sundeck, parasols and deck chairs. Guests can also use the charcoal grill, with charcoal and firewood provided.
The villa has a spacious parking lot with space for up to five cars.
