Modern Villa Ani is located near Rabac, a charming tourist town known for its beautiful beaches and coves. The villa accommodates up to 8 guests and offers everything needed for a completely relaxing holiday.
Guests can enjoy a fenced yard, spacious 40 m² pool with jacuzzi, covered terrace with dining area and lounge space, barbecue, children’s slide, and badminton area.
The villa has two floors. The ground floor features an open living room, kitchen with dining area, 1 bedroom, and 1 WC. The first floor has 3 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and 2 of the rooms have access to a balcony with stunning views of the surrounding landscape.
The location is ideal for escaping summer crowds, enjoying fresh air and privacy, and exploring Istria. Shops and a restaurant are only 2 km away, and beaches and other tourist attractions are easily accessible.
Nearby activities include enjoying the beaches of Rabac for sunbathing and swimming, cycling, tennis, diving, sailing, and other water sports. Culture and history enthusiasts can visit old Istrian towns, museums, and galleries.

2nd year here, and we had an absolutely fantastic vacation. This villa is so detailed and it really feels like home.
Sehr schöne, moderne, saubere und komfortable Villa. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit Kleinkind und haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Vielen Dank an Ani und Dani für die nette Zeit und die Kümmerbereitschaft.
Das sauberste Ferienhaus in dem ich je war. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, das Haus bietet mehr Ausstattung als im Inserat beschrieben, sogar Kleinigkeiten wie Gewürze, Öl, Grillkohle waren vorhanden. Dazu noch überaus freundliche Gastgeber. 10/10
