Villa Tomani is located in the small village of Krmed, just 7 km from the beautiful town of Bale and 3 km from the charming Svetvinčenat. The villa is rustic, warm, and spacious, featuring wooden beams and authentic Istrian stone, and can accommodate up to 10 guests.
The well-maintained yard is a true paradise – a large private pool of 43 m², a jacuzzi, an outdoor summer kitchen with a dining area, and a barbecue, perfect for pleasant summer evenings with friends and family.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room connected to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen, as well as one bedroom with a private bathroom. The first floor houses three more comfortable bedrooms.
The villa is fully fenced and offers private parking. Thanks to its location, it is ideal for guests who want to explore the entire Istrian peninsula. Most towns and beaches are between 10 and 30 minutes away by car, with the nearest beach just 8 km from the villa.
Guests can enjoy numerous activities in the surroundings. Visit the beautiful medieval Morosini-Grimani castle in Svetvinčenat, a cultural and historical gem of the area. Explore the picturesque streets of Svetvinčenat, Bale, and Rovinj, and enjoy local restaurants with traditional Istrian specialties.
