About your stay
Rustic Villa Vernier is located in the village of Kringa, near Tinjan and Poreč. The villa has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and an additional WC. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor and each has its own en-suite bathroom and access to a shared terrace. The third bedroom is located on the ground floor, with the bathroom situated directly next to the room. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
The ground floor consists of a living room, kitchen and dining area, as well as an additional WC and storage room. The living room includes an additional sofa bed measuring 160 × 180 cm. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a filter coffee machine. A charcoal grill is available for preparing food outdoors.
The villa has a spacious, fully enclosed outdoor area surrounded by a stone wall and hedge. The outdoor area includes a 32 m² swimming pool with a depth of 110–140 cm, an outdoor jacuzzi and a children's playground. Additional facilities include table football for children and a dartboard.
Near the villa there is a public sports and recreational area with a small football pitch, a padel court and a fitness trail, suitable for outdoor activities. The nearest restaurant, Konoba Danijeli, is only 900 metres away and is known for homemade local food, while shops, cafés and markets are easily accessible in the surrounding area. For guests interested in exploring the surrounding area and beaches, Poreč, Tar, Vrsar and Novigrad offer beautiful bays, cultural sights and a wide range of activities and amenities.
Villa Vernier combines accommodation, outdoor and recreational facilities suitable for families and larger groups and provides a base for a stay in Istria and exploring the surrounding destinations.
