Villa Benina Rossa is a rustic villa located in the typical Istrian village of Slivari, on a private 30,000 m² property. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen with dining area and living room, while three bedrooms are located on the first floor.
The outdoor area includes a private swimming pool, while the large property provides space for spending time outdoors. The surrounding area is suitable for running and cycling, with numerous trails through the local landscape.
The coast, beaches and most major Istrian towns are located within a radius of approximately 20 km. Žminj and Svetvinčenat are just a few kilometres away, while shops, bars and restaurants are within a short drive.
Rovinj is also suitable for a day trip, especially during the summer months when it hosts various cultural, entertainment and gastronomic events.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Liebe zum Details in ruhigen Umgebung. Sehr grosses Grundstück, alles was man braucht, ist da. Sehr nette Vermieter, gastfreundlich, schnell und unkompliziert im Kontakt, wir würden gerne wieder kommen
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa. Traumhafter Außenbereich, großer Pool. Toller, riesiger Garten. Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt. Netter Empfang und viele Tips zum Ausgehen. Einkaufszentrum in der Nähe. Sehr ruhige Lage was wunderbar zum Entspannen ist. Kommen gerne wieder .
