Villa Benina Rossa is a rustic villa situated on a private 30,000 m² plot in the heart of Istria, perfect for relaxation and an unforgettable holiday. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen with dining area and living room, while the first floor houses three bedrooms.
For refreshment on hot summer days, there is a swimming pool, and active holidaymakers can enjoy numerous running and cycling trails. We also recommend visiting the well-known tourist town of Rovinj, where various cultural, entertainment, and gastronomic events take place during the summer.
Villa Benina Rossa is located in the typical Istrian village of Slivari, making it an ideal base for exploring the whole of Istria. The coast and beaches, as well as most Istrian towns, are within a radius of about 20 km.
The charming towns of Žminj and Svetvinčenat are just a few kilometers away, while shops, bars, and restaurants are only a few minutes’ drive.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Liebe zum Details in ruhigen Umgebung. Sehr grosses Grundstück, alles was man braucht, ist da. Sehr nette Vermieter, gastfreundlich, schnell und unkompliziert im Kontakt, wir würden gerne wieder kommen
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa. Traumhafter Außenbereich, großer Pool. Toller, riesiger Garten. Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt. Netter Empfang und viele Tips zum Ausgehen. Einkaufszentrum in der Nähe. Sehr ruhige Lage was wunderbar zum Entspannen ist. Kommen gerne wieder .
