Charming Villa Ljubica is located in the small Istrian village of Klarići, and its interior exudes the warmth and charm of traditional Istria.
The villa’s grounds cover 1,819 m² and offer activities for all ages: a trampoline, slide, and swings for children, and a volleyball net for older guests. For relaxation and refreshment, there is a large private swimming pool of 40 m².
The villa can accommodate up to 12 guests and features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with dining area, and access to a large terrace. On the ground floor, there are four spacious bedrooms, each with access to the terrace and pool, and three of them have en-suite bathrooms. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one of which has a jacuzzi and access to a large balcony with a stunning view of the Mediterranean landscape. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Nearby, only 200 m from the villa, is a traditional Istrian tavern, while Rovinj, Pula, Poreč, Rabac, and other famous Istrian towns are about a 30-minute drive away. Almost all beaches in Istria can be reached within 20–30 minutes by car.

Super Aufteilung für mehrere Familien. Toller Pool, überdachte Terrasse, Trampolin und Schaukel für die Kinder. Wir haben die Zeit vor Ort sehr genossen.
Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern in dieser Unterkunft und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist super und alles ist sauber. Der Vermieter ist jederzeit erreichbar und kümmert sich sofort, falls es Probleme geben sollte. Der Pool ist schön groß und ausreichend für so viele Personen. Er war zudem immer sehr sauber. Wir haben irgendwann mitbekommen, dass sich jeden Morgen darum gekümmert wird, aber sehr früh, sodass man es als Urlauber kaum registriert. Für drei Autos gibt es ein Carport auf dem Grundstück, was bei sommerlichen Temperaturen sehr angenehm ist. Auch die Lage der Unterkunft ist super. Man benötigt 10 Minuten zum nächsten Supermarkt und 15 Minuten zum Strand. Die Rasenfläche auf dem Grundstück ist sehr groß, kann jedoch von den Kindern nur mit festem Schuhwerk genutzt werden. Der Rasen ist auf Grund der Temperaturen im Sommer einfach super trocken und hat auch spitze, unwegsame Bestandteile. Da die Fläche so groß ist, kann natürlich nicht alles täglich bewässert werden, um ihn grün zu halten. Mit festen Turnschuhen kann man die Fläche allerdings super zum Fußballspielen oder ähnlichem nutzen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.
