Villa Liv is located in the village of Hreljići. A spacious swimming pool is situated in front of the villa, while a covered terrace with a seating area is located next to the property. An outdoor kitchen with a barbecue is part of the outdoor area, and a jacuzzi is located on the spacious balcony, offering views of the surrounding landscape.
The interior of the villa is modernly furnished. The villa features a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Large windows provide plenty of natural light. Additional facilities include a fitness room, badminton court, outdoor jacuzzi and children's playground.
The villa is located near the small port of Krnica, known for its excellent seafood restaurants and beautiful beaches. Guests can enjoy various activities in the area, such as cycling along picturesque Istrian trails, exploring nearby historic sites, and visiting wine roads and local wineries. Also, nearby in the village of Manjadvorci, there is a ranch where you can try horseback riding.
