Villa Lipica is a charming stone villa located in the heart of Istria, near Pazin, ideal for up to 14 guests. Spacious and carefully decorated, the villa exudes authentic Istrian charm and details, providing the perfect place to relax.
The property features a large private pool with a shallow area for children, an outdoor jacuzzi, sun loungers, while the interior offers a tavern with a fireplace, sauna, fitness area, and massage table -guaranteed fun for the whole family.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. Wooden stairs lead to a gallery with a billiard table and other games, connecting two bedrooms and the living room.
The ground floor includes two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and double beds, and one triple bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the left side of the villa is a separate studio apartment with a private entrance, near the pool, featuring two single beds, two sofa beds, and an en-suite bathroom.
In the surrounding area, guests can explore the picturesque Istrian landscapes, visit nearby vineyards and olive groves, and taste local wines and specialties in traditional taverns. The historic town of Pazin with the famous Pazin Castle is just a few minutes away, offering cultural and historical excursions.
