Villa Loreta
About your stay
Villa Loreta is located in the small village of Čabrunići, in central Istria, approximately a 30-minute drive from Rovinj. The villa features three spacious bedrooms and can accommodate up to six guests, making it suitable for families.
The spacious garden includes a private 30 m² swimming pool with a hydromassage section. The outdoor area also features a children’s playground with a slide, swing and seesaw. An outdoor kitchen is available for preparing meals outside.
The villa also includes a traditional tavern equipped with a billiards table and a dartboard, providing space for socialising and recreational activities.
The location offers easy access to Svetvinčenat and its medieval Morosini-Grimani Castle. Pula, Rovinj, Poreč and Fažana are approximately 20–30 minutes away by car, allowing guests to visit coastal towns, beaches, cultural landmarks and other attractions in Istria.
Villa Loreta combines a functional interior, facilities for children and adults, and outdoor areas for various activities, with good connections to some of Istria’s most popular destinations.
