The beautiful Villa Loreta is located in the heart of Istria, in the small village of Čabrunići, just a half-hour drive from Rovinj. With three spacious bedrooms, it can accommodate up to six guests, making it an ideal choice for a family holiday. The large garden features a private 30 m² swimming pool with a hydromassage area, perfect for relaxation and enjoying warm summer days.
Designed especially for families, the villa offers an outdoor play area with a slide, swing, and seesaw that will delight the youngest guests. For social moments, there is an outdoor kitchen ideal for shared meals, as well as a tavern equipped with a billiards table and darts.
The surroundings of Svetvinčenat, known for the medieval Morosini-Grimani Castle, offer many opportunities to explore history and culture. The proximity of popular destinations such as Pula, Rovinj, Poreč, and Fažana (all within a 20–30 minute drive) allows you to easily discover the diverse beauty of Istria.
