Villa La Musica is a charming rustic stone house located in the small village of Čabrunići, near Svetvinčenat. The villa is spread over three floors: the ground floor with a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom; the first floor with two spacious bedrooms and an additional bathroom; and the attic featuring a bedroom with a double bed and a separate anteroom with two extra beds. The villa can accommodate up to eight guests.
The spacious yard surrounds a private pool, perfect for cooling off and relaxing during warm days. The outdoor area is ideal for family gatherings, barbecues, or simply enjoying the beautiful nature. Additionally, the villa offers free parking and Wi-Fi.
The location allows for trips to beautiful beaches in Barbariga, Peroj, and Fažana, just 15 km away, as well as visits to the cultural and historical landmarks of Pula and Rovinj. The area is also known for numerous wine routes and olive groves, offering guests the chance to enjoy wine tastings and local gastronomic specialties. For nature lovers and active vacationers, hiking and cycling trails lead through Istrian nature and picturesque rural landscapes.

Es war ein herlicher Urlaub, Villa ist toll, gerne wieder.
Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Perfekte Zimmeraufteilung und es gab sogar eine Waschmaschine, die gar nicht in der Beschreibung stand, was natürlich perfekt war. Einziges Manko war der etwas mürrische Nachbar direkt nebenan, der bei jeder Kleinigkeit die Lautstärke bemängelt hat, was natürlich bei 4 Kindern und den direkt angrenzenden Pool schwierig war. Ein großes Dankeschön geht an Sanjin, der uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand.
