Wir haben den Urlaub mit unseren beiden Hunden in dem wirklich sehr schönen und sauberen Haus genossen. Die Aufteilung des Hauses ist sehr gut und es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Das Grundstück ist sicher umzäunt, was für Hundebesitzer ein Pluspunkt ist. Es hat auch einen Rasenstreifen und Blumenbeete. Den Pool haben wir sehr geschätzt. Der Vermieter Toni ist bedacht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Er ist sehr nett, aufmerksam, rücksichtsvoll und hilfsbereit und unsere Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Er hat uns auch Tipps für Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben. Durch die zentrale Lage sind größere Städte einfach zu erreichen. Für die Anfahrt müssen keine engen Gassen passiert werden, wie bei manch anderen Unterkünften. Parkmöglichkeit ist im Hof vorhanden. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich begrüßt und bekamen sogar einen Obstkorb als Willkommensgeschenk. Wir und auch unsere Hunde haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Beim nächsten Urlaub in Kroatien würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder dieses Haus wählen. Das Haus und der Urlaub waren sensationell und unvergesslich!
Ein wirklich traumhaftes Haus, sehr sauber, perfekte Ausstattung und wirklich alles da was man braucht. Wir waren durchweg positiv überrascht. Toni ist ein aufmerksamer und sehr herzlicher Vermieter, der immer für uns ansprechbar war und uns mit Tipps zu Region und Essen versorgt hat. Danke dafür! Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhige Gegend, die zum Radfahren und spazieren super geeignet. Ein kleiner Einkaufsladen ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Rovinj mit seinen schönen Stränden ist schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Villa Lamia und kommen gerne wieder!!!
