For food lovers, the traditional Istrian tavern Puli Ondine is just 300 meters away. The first beach towards Rovinj is 13 km from the villa, while Pula, Rovinj, Rabac, Poreč, and Fažana are 20–30 minutes’ drive away.
The surroundings of Svetvinčenat, a gem of Istrian tourism and culture dominated by the medieval Morosini-Grimani Castle, offer many opportunities for fun and educational exploration of history suitable for the whole family.

Wir machen jetzt schon seit 6 Jahren Urlaub in den Häusern von Istria Lux und waren ab der 1. Buchung begeistert. Die Häuser sind genau so, wie im jeweiligen Exposé beschrieben. Die Villa Dea Somnii haben wir zum 2. mal besucht und das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ruhig gelegen, direkt am Wald, perfekt mit Hund und trotzdem nicht zu weit bis ans Meer nach Fazana, Rovinj oder Pula. Das Team von Istrialux ist jederzeit erreichbar. Traumhaft schöne Villa. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt. Es hat alles gepasst . Tolle Architektur der Villa und auch die Alleinlage fanden wir toll , und auch den warmen Pool haben wir sehr genossen. Die Villa wie auch Istria Lux empfehlen wir gerne weiter. Vielen Dank an Igor Macan
