The villa features three elegantly designed bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom and access to a terrace overlooking the pool. Guests can enjoy a fully equipped designer kitchen with a wine fridge and a spacious living room. Every corner of the villa exudes elegance and comfort, creating the feeling of a true home away from home.
The villa also includes a gym, and after a workout, guests can refresh in the heated pool or relax in the sauna. Summer evenings are perfect for outdoor dining in the external kitchen with a large gas grill or simply enjoying the view.
Ideal for families or groups seeking luxury, privacy, and comfort, the villa’s location also allows visits to wine roads, local agritourism sites, beaches, and cultural attractions in Istria. Popular destinations are within a short drive: Pula is approximately 25–30 km, Rovinj around 23 km, and Poreč about 35–40 km. The medieval town of Svetvinčenat is nearby, providing easy access to local culture, attractions, restaurants, bars, and shops.

Super schönes und funktionales Haus mit tollem Design. Der Pool ist echt ein Highlight und die Temperatur super zum längeren schwimmen und spielen. Für uns als Familie mit Kinder im Kindergarten- und Grundschulalter war das Haus perfekt.
