Notes: Only dogs weighing up to a maximum of 7 kg are permitted, subject to prior confirmation by the property owners.
The security deposit must be transferred to the bank account of the property owner directly after check-in, within one hour at the latest. The security deposit will be returned no later than 24 hours after the guests’ departure, following a complete cleaning and inspection of the property and confirmation that no damage has occurred during the guests’ stay.
The villa has 3 bedrooms for 6 people, and an additional bed (a sofa bed) suitable for teenagers is located in the master bedroom.

The interior features three elegant bedrooms and three modern bathrooms, with every space carefully designed to provide maximum comfort. The contemporary design is characterized by open and airy living areas.
The villa is located about 20 kilometers from the beaches, allowing easy day trips to the sea. Nearby are larger towns such as Pula, Rovinj, and Poreč, all about a 30-minute drive away, where you can explore a rich cultural offer.

Wir waren insgesamt rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in der Villa Elvita und hatten dort einen wirklich wunderschönen Urlaub. Die Villa war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders positiv fanden wir die voll ausgestattete Küche – es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Auch der Schlafkomfort war sehr gut, die Betten waren bequem und wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Pool war ebenfalls sehr sauber und wurde während unseres Aufenthalts regelmäßig kontrolliert. Immer montags findet eine Poolkontrolle statt, was uns zusätzlich ein gutes Gefühl gegeben hat. Ein großes Lob möchten wir auch dem Vermieter aussprechen. Er war jederzeit sehr freundlich, engagiert und bei Fragen sofort erreichbar. Während unseres Aufenthalts hatten wir einmal einen Stromausfall. Der Vermieter hat sich unmittelbar telefonisch bei uns gemeldet, uns geholfen und bereits nach etwa zwei Minuten war das Problem behoben. So einen schnellen und zuverlässigen Service erlebt man wirklich nicht überall. Die Villa liegt etwas abgelegen, was für uns gleichzeitig auch einen großen Vorteil hatte, da es dort wunderbar ruhig und entspannt ist. Man sollte allerdings wissen, dass die Zufahrt teilweise über sehr enge Wege führt. Mit unserem SUV war es gerade noch gut machbar, mit einem größeren Fahrzeug könnte es stellenweise etwas herausfordernd werden. Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt für uns war, dass an den Fenstern keine Fliegengitter bzw. kein Mückenschutz vorhanden ist. Dadurch war längeres Lüften leider schwierig, da sonst schnell Mücken ins Haus kamen. Bei einem so engagierten Vermieter können wir uns aber gut vorstellen, dass auch hierfür vielleicht noch eine Lösung gefunden wird.
