Villa St. Vinzent is located in the small village of Bibići, just 3 km from Svetvinčenat – the cultural center of Istria, known for its rich history, the medieval Morosini-Grimani Castle, and numerous summer events.
The villa can accommodate up to six guests. On the ground floor, there is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a private bathroom and an extra bed, an additional room with a sofa bed, and another bathroom. On the first floor, there is another bedroom with a private bathroom.
The spacious 1,200 m² yard features a private pool (25 m²), sun loungers, a fireplace, and an outdoor dining area.
The most famous Istrian towns – Rovinj, Pula, Poreč, and Rabac – are only a 30-minute drive away, while almost all Istrian beaches are reachable within 20 to 30 minutes by car.
The surrounding area is ideal for hiking and serves as an excellent starting point for exploring the entire Istrian peninsula.

Es war alles perfekt. Das Haus mit eigenem Pool ist super. Alles da was man braucht, sogar die Handtücher werden nach einer Woche gewechselt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. An einem Abend wurde sogar für uns gegrillt. Wenn wir etwas benötigt haben oder Fragen hatten, wurde uns umgehend geholfen. Auch der Buchungsprozess über die Agentur hat super geklappt. Bei Fragen wurde innerhalb von wenigen Stunden geantwortet. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub.
Es war alles wunderbar, wir hatten einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Wir würden diese Unterkunft immer wieder buchen. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Fünf Sterne sind mehr als verdient.
Wunderschönes, top ausgestattetes Haus in super Lage. Die Vermieter sind unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Absolut empfehlenswert!
