Villa St. Vinzent is located in the small village of Bibići, just 3 km from Svetvinčenat – the cultural center of Istria, known for its rich history, the medieval Morosini-Grimani Castle, and numerous summer events.
The villa can accommodate up to six guests. On the ground floor, there is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a private bathroom and an extra bed, an additional room with a sofa bed, and another bathroom. On the first floor, there is another bedroom with a private bathroom.
The spacious 1,200 m² yard features a private pool (25 m²), sun loungers, a fireplace, and an outdoor dining area.
The most famous Istrian towns – Rovinj, Pula, Poreč, and Rabac – are only a 30-minute drive away, while almost all Istrian beaches are reachable within 20 to 30 minutes by car.
The surrounding area is ideal for hiking and serves as an excellent starting point for exploring the entire Istrian peninsula.

Schönes Haus. Die Eigentümer waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend. In der Kommunikation gab es keine Probleme. Wir danken für die Gastfreundschaft.

Wir haben zwei erholsame, wunderschöne Wochen hier verbracht. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, und ist sehr gepflegt. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt. Unser Hund konnte sich frei bewegen. Auch die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem, ein wirklich toller Urlaub.
