About your stay
Villa Danica is located in the small Istrian village of Belavići and extends over two fully air-conditioned floors with a total living area of 250 m². It can accommodate up to 10 guests and is set on a fenced 1,800 m² plot surrounded by greenery and woodland. Guests have access to a heated 52 m² pool with a spacious terrace, sun loungers and parasol, as well as four parking spaces.
The ground floor features a modern, fully equipped kitchen with dining table and pool access, a living room with SAT TV and two bedrooms. One has a double bed and private shower/WC, while the other has a double bed, bathroom/WC and an additional separate shower/WC. The first floor includes a gallery, hallway and three bedrooms, each with a double bed and private shower/WC. A spacious terrace overlooking the surrounding landscape and pool is located on the other side of the gallery.
For leisure time, guests can use the jacuzzi, hanging swings, table tennis, table football, billiards and two small football goals.
Nearby activities include horse riding, an adventure park and quad rides through the forest. Pula, Labin and Rabac, known for their historic old towns, galleries and beaches, are also nearby.

Sehr grosses, sauberes Haus mit noch größerem Pool sorgten für einen tollen Urlaub. Ein wenig mehr Schatten am Pool wäre schön. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ob Billard, Tischtennis oder der Whirlpool, es kam nie lange Weile auf. Unser Vermieter Ronald war stets erreichbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank.
Der Aufenthalt war super. Die Ausstattung war recht hochwertig, das Haus war in sauberem und einwandfreien Zustand. Auch der Kontakt zur Agentur, sowie Übergabe und Checkout waren hervorragend. Gerne wieder...
Wonderful villa. Despite the luxury, it still feels cozy. We spent 2 weeks here - 9 people in total. The caretaker was easy to get in touch with and we experienced no problems at all. A bit pricy, but worth it...
