Villa Danica is located in the small Istrian village of Belavići and spans two fully air-conditioned floors with a total living area of 250 m², accommodating up to 10 guests. The villa sits on a fenced plot of 1800 m², surrounded by forest, and offers guests a heated pool of 52 m² with a spacious terrace, sun loungers, parasol, and four parking spaces.
The ground floor features a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and access to the pool area, a living room with satellite TV, and two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a private shower/WC, and the other with a double bed, en-suite bathroom/WC, and separate shower/WC. Stairs lead to the first floor gallery and hallway, where there are three comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed and shower/WC. On the other side of the gallery is a spacious terrace overlooking the beautiful landscape and pool.
Guests can enjoy many additional entertainment and relaxation amenities, including a jacuzzi, hanging swings, table tennis, foosball, billiards, and two small football goals.
For active guests, various activities are available nearby such as horseback riding at a nearby ranch, an adventure park, and quad biking through the forest. Nearby towns include Pula, Labin, and Rabac, known for their charming old towns, art galleries, and beautiful beaches.

Wonderful villa. Despite the luxury, it still feels cozy. We spent 2 weeks here - 9 people in total. The caretaker was easy to get in touch with and we experienced no problems at all. A bit pricy, but worth it...
