Villa Marija Ana is located in the village of Frkeči, near Barban. The property has five bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and accommodates up to 8 people. An additional 2 people can be accommodated in the fifth bedroom, which is not air-conditioned.
The outdoor area includes a private pool and a spacious yard. Facilities include table football, billiards and darts. There is also a children's playground with a trampoline and swings.
Barban is located a few kilometres from the villa and is known for the traditional “Trka na prstenac” event. The location is suitable for exploring different parts of Istria, including eastern Istria, Labin and the resort town of Rabac. Rovinj is approximately 45 minutes by car, while Pula is about 30 km away.

Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns fehlte an nichts. Sehr nette Gastgeber, die sich um alles gekümmert haben ( Schriftlicher Austausch klappte sehr gut). Die Villa war sehr sauber. Der Pool und die Aussen Lounge waren ein Highlight. Mobilität vor Ort mit Auto. Schöne Ausflüge von Barban aus möglich.
Ein sehr gut eingerichtetes Haus. Große Zimmer und alles war sehr sauber. Das Grundstück ist riesig. Die Vermieter sind toll und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist auch perfekt um Istrien zu erleben.
Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Der Besitzer hat sich in der Zeit um den Rasen und den Pool gekümmert und immer nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Bei Fragen waren die Eigentümer immer erreichbar. Sie haben uns tollen Tipps zu Stränden, Restaurant und Umgebung gegeben. Wir waren sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal da und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
