Alles in Ordnung. Die Klimaanlage ist nur in der Wohnküche installiert und kühlt dort gut. Sobald aber jemand in diesem Bereich schlafen möchte ist es zu kalt für diese Person. Vielleicht sollte man das in der Beschreibung erwähnen.
