Holiday House Green Holiday is located in a small village near Barban, surrounded by nature and a spacious garden. It can accommodate up to 6 guests and features two bedrooms, one bathroom and a separate toilet. The living room is connected to the dining area, while the kitchen is fully equipped. A sofa bed provides an additional sleeping place for one person.
The house includes a games room with a billiards table, darts, table football and a PlayStation console. The spacious garden is designed in a traditional Istrian style and includes a vineyard, a large lawn, swings, a trampoline and a children’s playground. The garden also features a swimming pool with hydromassage jets.
The location is suitable for exploring inland Istria and the surrounding towns. Svetvinčenat, known for its medieval Morosini-Grimani Castle, is a short drive away. Nearby are also Rakalj, with its historic ruins and hidden beaches, and Barban, known for the traditional Trka na prstenac event.

Tolles Ferienhaus. Es war alles da was man brauchte und mehr. Super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wir waren mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte Mal dort.
einfach wunderschön. Sehr sauberes Haus, Pool perfekt und die ganze Anlage mit dem Weingarten wirklich sehr schön. Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt. Info: auch wenn das Haus sehr groß aussieht, es ist nur der unterste Stock zur Vermietung und die beiden oberen Stockwerke sind nicht ausgebaut. Also man ist wirklich alleine und kann alles in vollen Zügen genießen.
We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, very clean and exactly what we hoped for. Communication was smooth and easy, and our host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A lovely extra touch was when he surprised us with homemade pancakes on our second day!
