House Green Holiday is the perfect choice for a family vacation. Nestled in nature with a large garden and private pool, it offers adults a place to relax and socialize, while children have plenty of space to play. The house is located in a small village near Barban and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
Guests have at their disposal two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a separate WC. The living room is connected to the dining area, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The sofa bed can be used as an additional bed for one person.
Entertainment is guaranteed in the playroom with billiards, darts, table football, and a PlayStation console, perfect for spending quality time with family and friends. The spacious garden is especially impressive - the traditional Istrian setting includes a vineyard, a large lawn with swings, a trampoline, and a playground. The pool with hydromassage jets provides refreshment during hot summer days.
This part of Istria is ideal for exploring the interior of the region and its hidden gems. A short drive takes you to the enchanting Svetvinčenat and its famous Morosini-Grimani Castle, the ruins of old Rakalj and its hidden beaches, as well as Barban, known for its preserved game Trka na prstenac, which attracts visitors from all over the world.

Es war alles Perfekt Auch die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend
Wir möchten ins ganz herzlich bei unseren sehr netten Gastgebern für die wunderschöne Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus bedanken. Wir waren mit unseren beiden Enkel zu Gast und es hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Der große Pool, Billard, Kicker und die Dartscheibe wurden mit großer Freude oft genutzt. Besonders schön war auch das Grillhaus, wo wir alle Mahlzeiten eingenommen haben, denn dort gab es auch einen Kühlschrank für kühle Getränke. Unsere Gastgeber haben uns wirklich nett aufgenommen und uns das Gefühl gegeben, dass man herzlich willkommen ist, mit leckerem Wein, selbstgebackene Pfannekuchen für die Kinder und ein sehr nettes Abschiedsgeschenk gab es auch noch. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und man benötigt ein Auto um einkaufen zu gehen. Es war alles sehr sauber und in einem super Zustand. Wir haben in den Betten gut geschlafen und uns wirklich gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir würden dieses Haus mit guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Wir haben jetzt das dritte Mal bei dieser Agentur ein Haus für unsere Familie gebucht und sind begeistert über die sehr gute Vermittlung Vielen Dank und herzliche Grüße
