Check-in is possible from 16:00, and check-out is until 10:00 in the morning. Early check-in and late check-out are possible depending on availability, but are not guaranteed and should be arranged directly with the owner a few days before arrival.
- When will I receive all the details related to my reservation (such as the phone number of the person I can contact, the exact location of the villa, and similar information)?
Two weeks before your arrival, we will send to your email address the contact details of the person who will welcome you on the day of arrival (this may be the owner or the person responsible for guest check-in), as well as the exact location of the villa.
- Are bed linen and towels provided?
All villas in our offer provide bed linen and shower towels free of charge. Guests are required to bring their own pool towels.
- Which costs are included in the reservation price, and what is additionally charged during the stay?
The reservation price includes WiFi, final cleaning, bed linen, towels, as well as electricity and water costs. Pool heating in some villas is charged additionally.
Information about any additional costs is listed in the description of each villa, or we will inform you about them in advance.
- What is the water temperature in the heated pool?
In villas with heated pools, we cannot guarantee the water temperature, as it depends on weather conditions and the season. Heating usually raises the water temperature by approximately 5-6 °C compared to a non-heated pool.
- What is the difference between a saltwater pool and a chlorinated pool?
Saltwater pools use a salt electrolysis system, where a small amount of salt is added to the water and converted into a natural disinfectant. Unlike chlorinated pools, this system provides softer water that is gentler on the skin and eyes, offering a more pleasant swimming experience. Chlorinated pools, on the other hand, use chlorine that is added directly to the water to keep it clean and disinfected.
Both types of pools are safe to use, and the choice ultimately depends on the personal preferences of each guest.
- Is a security deposit required and how does it work?
Upon arrival at the villa, a security deposit in cash is paid in case of any potential damage. The amount depends on the villa and is stated in the booking confirmation. The deposit is refunded on the day of departure if no damage has occurred during the stay.
- Are private parties allowed in the villas?
Parties or gatherings with a larger number of guests are not allowed. It is always important to respect the house rules.
- Is the stay of other persons who are not listed in the reservation permitted?
No, the accommodation is intended exclusively for the persons listed in the confirmed reservation. The stay and use of the property by persons who are not included in the reservation is not permitted.

Payment questions
- What are the terms and payment methods for the reservation (deposit, remaining balance, payment options, and any additional fees)?
Payment can be made by credit/debit card or bank transfer. When paying by credit/debit card, an additional bank fee of 3% is charged, while bank transfer involves no extra costs.
Upon confirmation of the reservation, a 30% deposit must be paid within 24 hours, and the remaining 70% of the amount 30 days before arrival. All payment instructions and documents are sent to your email address.
- What are the cancellation terms?
Our cancellation terms are not free of charge. Upon confirmation of the reservation, 30% of the total amount is paid, while the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. Depending on the timing of the cancellation, the paid reservation amount is non-refundable.
We always recommend that guests arrange travel cancellation insurance in their home country, so that in case of unforeseen circumstances they have additional security and can plan their trip more easily.

- What are the terms and rules for pets staying in villas (fees, number of pets, and house rules)?
The rules for pets staying in villas depend on each individual villa and are stated in the description of each villa (including whether pets are allowed and the maximum number of pets permitted). In some villas, an additional fee for pets may apply.
