House Cortina is located in the small Istrian village of Modrušani, offering privacy with authentic Istrian charm - perfect for relaxation and enjoying the heart of Istria. The spacious, landscaped, and fenced yard with a private pool, covered terrace, and barbecue is ideal for a family vacation.
The house is on the ground floor and features two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, plus an additional WC. The living room and kitchen are fully equipped for a comfortable and carefree stay.
The location allows easy exploration of all Istria. The coast and beaches, as well as many Istrian towns, are about 20 km away. Charming towns like Žminj and Svetvinčenat are just a few kilometers away, while shops, bars, and restaurants are only a few minutes’ drive.
Guests can enjoy various activities nearby. Nature lovers can explore scenic cycling and walking trails through Istria’s landscapes. Food enthusiasts can visit local taverns and restaurants with traditional Istrian cuisine, as well as wineries and olive farms for wine and olive oil tasting. Those interested in culture and history can visit local churches and museums.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus sehr genossen. Besonders gefreut haben uns der schattige Parkplatz fürs Auto, der uneinsehbare Poolbereich, der gut eingezäunte Garten mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten für Groß und Klein, die ruhige Lage und immer ein Ansprechpartner vor Ort ( die Eigentümer wohnen nebenan). Insgesamt alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig nach Absprache gereinigt. Wir können es wirklich weiterempfehlen.
Wir waren absolut zufrieden. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das gilt auch für den Garten und den Pool. Die Ausstattung ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Lage ist großartig. Zentral und doch absolut ruhig. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Wir kommen ganz sicher noch einmal hierher. Vielen Dank
