Villa Bella Vista is a modern villa with panoramic sea views. The villa features a private swimming pool and jacuzzi. It is spread over two floors and offers four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a recreation area with a billiard table, an infrared sauna with shower, an exercise bike and multifunctional fitness equipment. A barbecue is also available in the courtyard.
The nearest beach is approximately 1.5 km from the villa. The surrounding area is suitable for walking and cycling through Istrian landscapes, vineyards and olive groves.
For day trips, guests can visit Rovinj, Poreč, Motovun and Labin. Local restaurants and taverns offer traditional Istrian dishes, local wines and olive oil.
