Villa Rahela is a rustic holiday home of 200 m² situated on a 719 m² plot, featuring a heated pool. The house is decorated in a rustic Istrian style combined with modern furniture and is located in a small village near the historic town of Svetvinčenat.
The villa consists of two floors. On the ground floor, there is a living room with kitchen and dining area opening onto a terrace, a bathroom with shower, and a storage room. Upstairs, a hallway leads to four bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, while an additional bathroom is available for the other three bedrooms.
Each room is air-conditioned, and heating is available via pellets/fireplace or air conditioning. The outdoor area features a large heated pool of 40 m², a summer kitchen with fireplace, and a garden. The property is enclosed with a high hedge ensuring complete privacy.
Villa Rahela is an excellent base for exploring Istria and its cultural and natural beauties. Nearby are Rovinj, known for its old town and beaches; Poreč, with the UNESCO-listed Euphrasian Basilica and a rich tourist offer; and Pula, famous for its Roman amphitheater and cultural events.

Wir hatten das große Glück, eine Woche in dieser wunderschönen Villa in Kroatien zu verbringen – und es war einfach perfekt! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Die Villa ist modern, sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der beheizte Pool war unser absolutes Highlight – perfekt temperiert, glasklar und ideal, um morgens eine Runde zu schwimmen oder abends den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Auch die Terrasse war einfach traumhaft – hier konnten wir jeden Abend entspannen und den Tag ausklingen lassen. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, die Betten super bequem, und alles ist genau so wie auf den Fotos – wenn nicht sogar schöner! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und wollten am liebsten gar nicht mehr abreisen. Diese Villa ist ein echtes Juwel – perfekt für Familien, Paare oder Freunde, die Ruhe, Komfort und ein Stück Luxus suchen.

Das Haus ist wunderschön und wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Der Garten und der Pool sind wunderbar zum relaxen und man hat seine Ruhe. Es ist leider weiter weg von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und man muss sich etwas Zeit mit dem Auto nehmen. Außerdem müsste die Küche etwas mehr Ausstattung bekommen. Wenig Töpfe und Gläser zum Beispiel. Aber alles in allem ein wunderschönes Haus zum entspannen
