Villa Rahela is a beautiful holiday home of 200 m2 on a plot of 719 m2 with heated pool. The house is furnished in a rustic Istrian style combined with modern high-quality furniture. It is located in a quiet place not far from the historic town of Svetvincenat.
The house consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with kitchen and dining room with access to the terrace, bathroom with shower and pantry. Upstairs is a hallway that leads to four bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom and another additional bathroom is available for the other three bedrooms.
Each room has air conditioning. Heating is possible with pellets / fireplace and air conditioning. In the yard there is a large heated pool of 40 m2, summer kitchen with a fireplace and a garden where it is possible to arrange a children's playground. The garden is equipped with an automatic lawn irrigation system. The yard is fenced with a beautiful tall hedge that offers complete privacy.

Die Villa Rahela ist perfekt ausgestattet, für kleine wie auch grosse Familien geeingnet, Kinderfreundlich, Tierlieb... Besser geht nicht. Sehr zu Empfehlen. Das Haus ist wunderschön und wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Der Garten und der Pool sind wunderbar zum relaxen und man hat seine Ruhe. Es ist leider weiter weg von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und man muss sich etwas Zeit mit dem Auto nehmen. Außerdem müsste die Küche etwas mehr Ausstattung bekommen. Wenig Töpfe und Gläser zum Beispiel. Aber alles in allem ein wunderschönes Haus zum entspannen
Es war wie bereits im letzten Jahr ein wunderschöner und entspannter Urlaub in einem hervorragenden Haus. Die Villa Rahela ist super gelegen, es war ruhig und absolut sauber. Wir haben die kleine Auszeit zu zweit mit Hund sehr genossen . Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt, nicht einsehbar und sicher. Wir freuen uns bereits auf unseren nächsten besuch und die Buchung bei Igor und seinem Team. .
